It’s Official

Microsoft announced today the official release for the upcoming 2T Xbox One S. Next month on August 2nd Microsoft launches their next upgraded console, with a much more slim and slick look. The 2TB limited console version will go around for $399.99 USD. While the 1TB ($350) and 500GB ($300) hard drives versions fall in different price ranges, and as of now, both versions have a release date for December 2016.

This console comes with a 40% decrease in size from the standard console. One of the three USB ports will now appear in the front of the console, along with a newly added IR blaster for increased accessibility. Plus, for its more highlighted accessory, this new upgraded console will feature 4K Ultra HD with HDR (High Dynamic Range). The package will of course include a new controller with improved wireless signal and bluetooth reach.

Microsoft have also stated that all Xbox One accessories and games, plus its Xbox One services will work on day one. Check the consoles new reveal trailer
