On Wednesday 29th April at 7:00PM BST, a Bungie Community Manager will host a livestream from Bungie Studios with Derek Carroll and Lars Bakken, two of Bungie’s lead designers.
The Bungie crew will play a totally new, competitive multiplayer event that will take place on a weekly basis they’re calling Trials of Osiris.
Trials of Osiris is a brand new three versus three elimination event, where your power level really makes a difference. The more matches your team wins, the better the prizes you’ll be awarded with, such as Osiris equipment.
The livestream will be exclusively viewable here: http://www.twitch.tv/bungie.
Before the main event live stream is going on, Destiny fans can take a look at a screenshot and a quick tune-in video whenever they want. You can link directly to the tune-in video on YouTube as follows: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dApl27z2THY.
If this if your first time hearing about the House of Wolves expansion for Destiny, you need to get on the internet more. I joke of course, you’re here now, and I’m going to fill you in.
House of Wolves is the second major Destiny expansion and there’s so much info to be covered, that I’ll include an infographic at the bottom of the article. House of Wolves will include a slew of new equipment for your guardian to check out, once you’ve obtained it of course. The equipment list is too extensive to list, but I can tell you there will be some 60 new pieces of gear set to be added with House of Wolves, and 14 new weapons.
Other than that, as if it weren’t already a decent amount of content, House of Wolves will include additional spacecraft content. It’s purely cosmetic and serves no other purpose, but it’s still nice to set yourself apart from the other guardians in Destiny. Who knows, maybe you be in the Millenium Falcon, Han Solo style.
