One of this year’s most anticipated games just received its launch date. Bandai Namco announced Dragonball Xenoverse 2 to release this October 25, for PS4 and Xbox One. The publisher also announced the game will feature music from electro house musician DJ Steve Aoki. DJ Aoki will mix many of Dragonball’s well-known musical tracks, fan favorites such as Cha-La Head-Cha-La and We Gotta Power. He’ll also be making an appearance as an NPC, where players would be able to interact with him in the game’s hub city of Conton.

“Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is shaping up to be the biggest and best Dragon Ball video game experience to date. Both the contribution of DJ Steve Aoki’s musical talents and his in-game likeness will add a fun new dimension to the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 experience that fans will appreciate.”

                                           – Eric Hartness, Vice President of Marketing at Bandai Namco America

Bandai also released a new gameplay/story trailer in various languages. Here’s the English trailer of course, titled “Restore the History”.

The Steam PC version will launch on October 28th, days after the consoles release.
