The announcement, made at Uncovered: Final Fantasy event in LA, made it clear to us that the release date for Final Fantasy 15 is in September of this year.

In 2006, Final Fantasy 15 was originally announced in conjunction with the Fabula Nova Crystallis series. Since that announcement, Versus have had quite a few set backs in the development of the game. Once again, at E3 2013, we were introduced to Final Fantasy 15 again, but no release date was mentioned.

On September 30th, Final Fantasy 15 will come out on the Xbox One,and PlayStation 4. There has not been a PC version announced yet, but this is highly likely to arrive in the near future. Since Square Enix have also released other games for the PC recently, I will not be surprised if they introduce this title to the platform.

Also announced today is a free demo of the title for everyone to try out. It is quite a cute game, so I advice you check it out on your Xbox One or PlayStation 4.

The different editions for the game were also announced at the event. Other than the standard edition, there are two other editions to choose from. The Deluxe Edition ($89.99), and the Ultimate Collectors Edition ($269.99).

Included with the Deluxe Edition is:

-Final Fantasy XV game
-Royal Rainment outfit
-Masamune weapon
-Final Fantasy: Kingslaive feature film
-Platinum Leviathan recolor for the in-game car

The Ultimate Collectors Edition includes everything from the Deluxe Edition Plus:

-Hardcover 192page art book
-The Brotherhood anime on disc
-In-game camera kit
-In-game travel pack
-In-game angler kit
-In-game gourmand set
