Sony Finally Announces It.

During today’s PlayStation Meeting taking place in New York City, Sony finally announced the release date and price tag for the Playstation 4 Pro. The new console will launch on November 10th of this year, for the price tag of $399.99 USD.

Sony has also announced that while the PS4 Pro will support 4K visuals and HDR, users will still be able to use the console on a normal HDTV. All while developers work in every way possible to further grasp the power of the Pro.

Sony has also announced there would be two models for the new console; both a 500GB and 1T model, available on launch day.

  • The 1T and 500GB specs are exactly the same, the only difference is, of course, the size of the hard disk.

The PS4 will also get a new (HDR) High Dynamic Range update for all Playstation 4 consoles. During the meeting, President and Global CEO Andrew House announce HDR as a prime feature for all consoles. Citing that the (HDR) as integral to all PS consoles in the future.
