E3 2016: Pokemon Go
During the Treehouse livestream from E3, Nintendo finally released more details on Pokemon Go. One of the new details announced gave a specific release window for the much-anticipated app game. It appears sometime next month [July] we’ll finally be able to battle it out worldwide with our very own team of Pokemon.
This free-to-play game will also come along with a physical $35 accessory kit called Pokemon Go Plus. A hand wristband that allows you to play without having to look at your phone, a button on the wristband would allow you to capture a Pokemon, afterwards, a vibration goes off alerting you’ve captured it.
Nintendo does have a 44-minute E3 demonstration on their YT channel showcasing the countless features the game would have at launch. One feature that caught our attention is the new Pokemon Sun and Moon would have some sort of connectivity with the upcoming app game.
