Rockfish Games released a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming new space game — Everspace. Build using the Unreal Engine 4—this space shooter has you shot into a galaxy where danger looms in every nearby star and planet. The game is currently in Early Access on PC and is also part of the Xbox Game Preview program—this is where a project that is still in development is recommended to Xbox, they review the game, and give it a preview launch.

When the game does launch, it’ll have access to the use of VR—those included are the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift on PC. The game will also be adding a fully voice-acted story, featuring missions and cinematic cutscenes. Achievements and Trading Cards through Steam will also come available once launched. The game’s hardcore and joystick support won’t be ready for when the game launches, the developers have stated that this particular support will be added at a later time with an update.

Everspace launches on Early Access and on Xbox Game Preview on May 26th. A PlayStation4 version would launch later this year.
