Creator of Stardew Valley Eric Barone finally detailed what’s new to come for the popular 8-bit farming simulator. It appears we’re getting major singleplayer content, bits of this new content has to do with an underwater base. Here’s what Eric Barone said on the upcoming content

“some things I’ve added for the new content update:*new “town event” in winter*new type of collection that you can start in your first winter*Signs (can display any item on them)*More outdoor decorations (some change w/ season)*More NPC “events”*A way to re-spec professions”

Chucklefuish has said that inner-marriage and new town festivals are heading to the game. Also, the re-spec of professions will soon be a reality within the world of Stardew Valley. As for now, we’re still left out of the loop as to when the multiplayer launches, really can’t wait to play with friends on the Switch.

Stardew Valley is currently available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and on Nintendo Switch.
