Developer Naughty Dog along with publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment announced today the release date & price tag for he upcoming standalone expansion Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.

Announced back at the 2016 PlayStation Experience Event, the expansion features one of the series and fan-favorite character, Chloe Frazer, who debuted in Uncharted 2. In this new venture, Chloe enlists the aid of the renowned mercenary Nadine Ross,—who appeared alongside Nathan Drake in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. From what we know they’re to recover a fabled ancient Indian artifact and as always—keep it away from a ruthless war profiteer.

Naughty Dog also included a special bonus for those who pre-order the upcoming new story expansion, a free digital copy of Jak and Dexter: The Precursor Legacy. The game will become available to play come its release on August 22nd. Pre-ordering the game via tPS Store will be granted with a neat new Uncharted PS4 theme designed by Truant Pixel. For those who originally purchased the game’s Digital Deluxe Edition or the Explorer’s Pack, will receive the new DLC free to download at launch.

The company is thrilled to introduce their first new standalone story based in the Uncharted universe, becoming one of their most substantial story expansion to date. Naughty Dogs have stated that their finished with Nathan Drake’s storyline, but will like to continue with possible new or familiar characters to keep the series going in the future. Uncharted: The Lost Legacy launches on August 22nd, 2017 for $39.99 USD. In Europe the following day, August 23rd.
